OCD - Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

OCD is an armor to protect one self from feeling Anxious.

When we have a set routine, or work to be done in a particular way, it gives us the feeling of comfort, that things are in ones control, and one knows the next steps as per the routine followed.

If any additions or new changes are brought into that routine, it causes anxiety and the OCD reaches an abnormal level.  OCD remains abnormal only to compensate with one not feeling those shooting anxiety levels, as anxiety cannot be controlled by the person.

If a person has a set routine, best is to let the person be in control with his routine, if there are inevitable changes to be brought in that routine, then the person needs preparation time to bring this change into his routine, by which shooting anxiety levels can be reduced or avoided.
