Anxiety is of two kinds : The treatments differ for both.
A. Anxiety where one is the doer, so the entire responsibility relies on oneself for a desired result.
B. Anxiety where one is experiencer, not in control of things, and have to rely on others or situations for a desired result.
The latter, the 'B' kind, is the most difficult to treat, but the solution is simple, to remove oneself from situations where one doesn't have any control, although the flipside to this is, the person remains devoid of several experiences which is fun, but creates anxiety, because one is not in control of them.
The 'A' kind, is difficult to treat, and the solution is also not something which is easily acceptable by the person, where one has to just give up most responsibilities, so that the anxiety reduces.
